Lead Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - W2 (No C2C or 1099) - Remote (Posted by SAM)

Must-Have

Strong experience with:

·Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP

·Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

Hands-on expertise in:

·XDM schema design (field groups, datatypes, identity namespaces)

·Profile enablement, segmentation, and identity stitching

·AEP APIs

Proven experience:

·Executing CDP POCs (segmentation, identity, ingestion validation)

·Evaluating impact of CDP changes on AJO journeys and CJA reporting

Strong data integration experience:

·Snowflake → AEP ingestion

·Data mapping and transformation

Working knowledge of:

·DBT pipelines (snapshots, incremental lo, transformations)

·RBAC / ABAC governance and multi-LOB data separation strategies

·Sandbox strategy, schema migration, and environment promotion

Ability to:

·Translate business requirements into scalable AEP architecture

·Analyze and troubleshoot end-to-end data flow (CDP → AJO → CJA)
