Role Overview
Lead complex technology programs in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain, combining program management discipline with Agile/Scrum leadership. This role requires a balance of delivery excellence, stakeholder engagement, and compliance oversight.
Core Competencies
Program Leadership: Drive endtoend delivery of BFSI technology initiatives.
Agile Expertise: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and embed Agile practices.
Governance & Risk: Implement risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with CMMI Level 5, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, and SDLC standards.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, P&L, and resource allocation with accountability.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with business, technical, and executive teams to align outcomes.
Reporting & Communication: Deliver clear, executivelevel updates and program dashboards.
Mentorship: Guide project managers, Scrum Masters, and technical teams toward maturity.
Solutioning & PreSales: Support estimation, proposals, and client solution design.
Experience & Skills Required
15+ years in IT program management and delivery.
Proven BFSI/Banking domain expertise.
Strong background in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps practices.
Track record in governance, compliance, and risk management.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
