Youth & Family Mental Health Therapist — Flexible Hours

Align Behavioral Health LLC is seeking an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician in New Jersey. The role involves delivering weekly in-person sessions to youth aged 5–20 and their families, completing assessments, and building measurable treatment plans within the CYBER system.

You will coordinate with a care manager, participate in team meetings, and provide safety planning as needed. New graduates and newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply; training is provided.
